When I traveled about a 1 1/2 weeks ago, I took fruit with me in my suitcase. Apples, bananas, etc do OK without a fridge. I also took some Fiber One bars. They are pretty good for you, easy to transport and can help tide you over when you aren't eating on your normal schedule. Just some ideas.You can do it!
